Luis Angel Prada

I specialize in Black and Grey tattoos, an art that stands out for its elegance and depth. This style uses a monochromatic palette to create stunning shading effects and details that capture the essence of any design, from realistic portraits to complex abstract compositions. .

Originally from Venezuela

I was born in 1990. In 2009, at the age of 19, I began my career as a tattoo artist. In 2015, I decided to move to Colombia, where I lived for four years and had the opportunity to work in various studios across different cities. In 2018, I moved to Denmark, which I now consider my home.

HOW IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?

First, you submit the booking form. Afterward, look for the auto-reply email in your inbox or spam folder.

You will receive an answer within a week. I will provide a budget and/or suggestions based on my review.

If your idea fits my style, and we agree on the price, size, and design, we will schedule a date and time that works for both of us.

You will then receive a text with instructions to approve terms and conditions from the Danish Health Department and a number to pay the deposit via MobilePay (700 – 1000 DKK). Once the payment is made, the date is officially confirmed.

Some details, such as final size, exact placement, and parts of the final design, will be decided on the day of the appointment.

We will review the design together on the day of your appointment.

We can still make changes and additions on the day, and decide on the best placement and size.

During the booking process, I ensure I have all the details I need, so usually, no or very few modifications are required on the day.

I will respond to all emails, but the project may be rejected if it’s not my style, I think it won’t work well as a tattoo, or I believe another tattoo artist would be a better fit.

In general, I only take on tattoos in my style—black and grey—similar to what I post on my Instagram feed or in my gallery.

I also don’t do cover-ups unless they are really small and faded so the design won’t be compromised.

I work from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 10:00 and until 17:00-18:00.

To provide a quote, you need to submit the booking form so I have all the information necessary to give an approximate price.

I usually provide an estimate, but on the day it might be bigger or take longer for reasons like making changes to the design.

Check these price guidelines to see some examples.

I always ask for a booking fee of 700-1000 DKK per session via Zettle.

It will be deducted from the final price.

Without the booking fee, the appointment is not saved and will be removed after a while. This fee is not refundable, but I offer to move the appointment once without losing it (if notified at least 3 days in advance).

Card.

  • Moisturize the area to be tattooed for two weeks prior to your appointment to ensure your skin is in the best possible condition.
  • Get a good night’s sleep and eat a healthy breakfast before your appointment.
  • Take a shower beforehand and wear clean clothes. We ensure good hygiene, and you are welcome to do the same.
  • Make sure the area to be tattooed is not damaged by the sun (sunburned or tanned).

At the studio, you will find coffee, water, and snacks.

  • Bring lunch if it’s a long session, or some sweets if you like.
  • It’s a good idea to bring a charger and headphones for your phone/tablet.
  • Loose and practical clothing is optimal over a new tattoo. For example, bring shorts if you’re getting a leg tattoo, or wear dresses/sweaters that can be easily opened/moved to the side.
